About Me
Dr. Suzanne
Gilberg
I practice medicine, write books, and show up on stages — all because I believe women deserve better information, better care, and better conversations about their health.
The Philosophy
I’ve never believed in
easy answers. In medicine, they rarely exist. And in women’s health, they’ve been used to dismiss us for far too long.
The Training
I graduated from USC School of Medicine in 1996 and completed my residency at Cedars-Sinai.
But the education that has shaped me most didn’t stop there. In 2008 I became board certified in integrative and holistic medicine, and in 2010 I completed my clinical Ayurvedic Specialist degree at the California College of Ayurveda.
I was hungry to understand what conventional medicine wasn’t teaching me. I still am.
That hunger has never been about collecting titles. It’s been about building a practice and a point of view that actually serves the women sitting across from me.

The Platforms
Building It.
As Chief Clinical Officer and Co-founder of Monarch, I’m not just advocating for better women’s healthcare. I’m building it.
One Patient at a Time.
And in my private practice in West Hollywood, I’m living it one patient at a time.
A National Audience.
As Chief Medical Correspondent for The Drew Barrymore Show, I bring the same honesty and conviction to a national audience that I bring to every stage, every patient, every platform.
A Book Women Can Use.
In Menopause Bootcamp, I put everything I know into a book that women could actually use.
Starting the Conversation.
And on every stage I’ve stood on, I’ve said the same thing I’ve always believed: this conversation is overdue and I’m not willing to wait for someone else to start it.
